Built from the operator’s seat

It starts with a real operation.

PassengerOps is being developed by a Bay Area limousine company owner, starting with the workflows of his own operation, Black Car Booking.

The goal is practical: make the day-to-day work of running a transportation company simpler. Early feedback from other operators will help shape what comes next.

A few things to know

Good questions.
Clear answers.

When can I use PassengerOps?+

Public launch is targeted for March 2027. The software is in development, and the date is a goal rather than a guaranteed release date. Selected companies may participate in earlier testing.

Who is it being built for?+

Limousine, chauffeur and black-car companies, from independent owner-operators to growing fleets. Development starts with the real workflows of a Bay Area limousine operation.

Can I keep my existing website?+

Yes, that is the plan. PassengerOps is being designed for a branded hosted booking page and an embeddable booking form. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and custom websites are intended integration targets; compatibility will be tested before launch.

Is there a permanent Free plan?+

Yes. The planned permanent Free plan includes up to 10 trips per company per month, with a limited AI allowance. It is separate from any future time-limited trial. Joining the waitlist does not start a trial or subscription.

How will AI usage work?+

Every plan includes a limited AI allowance. Additional AI usage can be purchased through PassengerOps as needed, with no automatic extra spending without approval. You will not need your own ChatGPT subscription for the standard PassengerOps AI offering. Exact allowances will be confirmed before launch.

How do I become a beta tester?+

Join the waitlist, then indicate your interest in hands-on testing. Beta partners will be selected based on testing needs. Expressing interest does not guarantee a place, priority, a discount or free production access.

Will there be help moving from my current software?+

Migration guidance and help are being planned. Supported imports and the scope of assistance will be confirmed before launch. You do not need to share customer records to join the waitlist.

Will there be driver and passenger apps?+

Driver web access is part of the planned platform. Native driver and passenger apps are on the later roadmap and are not guaranteed March 2027 features.
